Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their orders before the product has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellation

You can request an order cancellation by contacting our support team with your order details.

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure genuine orders and minimize cancellations, Vanfashion requires a partial advance payment of ₹100 for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • A fixed amount of ₹100 is collected at the time of placing a COD order.
  • This amount is adjusted against the final payable amount at delivery.
  • If a COD order is cancelled by the customer, the ₹100 will be non-refundable.
  • If the order is refused or not accepted at the time of delivery, the ₹100 will not be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for users with repeated order cancellations.

By placing a COD order, you explicitly agree to this partial payment and non-refundable policy.

Cancellation After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. However, you may request a return once the product is delivered according to our Return Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
