At Vanfashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and labels must remain intact.
- The item must not be damaged, altered, or washed.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect the product. If the item meets our return criteria, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure genuine orders and minimize cancellations, Vanfashion requires a partial advance payment of ₹100 for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- A fixed amount of ₹100 is collected at the time of placing a COD order.
- This amount is adjusted against the final payable amount at delivery.
- If a COD order is cancelled by the customer, the ₹100 will be non-refundable.
- If the order is refused or not accepted at the time of delivery, the ₹100 will not be refunded.
- We reserve the right to disable COD for users with repeated order cancellations.
By placing a COD order, you explicitly agree to this partial payment and non-refundable policy.

- Inspection period: 1–2 business days
- Refund processing: 3–5 business days
- Bank processing: 3–7 business days
Non-Refundable Items
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original tags
