Return & Replacement Policy

Vanfashion offers a simple and transparent return and replacement policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The size received is incorrect compared to the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure genuine orders and minimize cancellations, Vanfashion requires a partial advance payment of ₹100 for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • A fixed amount of ₹100 is collected at the time of placing a COD order.
  • This amount is adjusted against the final payable amount at delivery.
  • If a COD order is cancelled by the customer, the ₹100 will be non-refundable.
  • If the order is refused or not accepted at the time of delivery, the ₹100 will not be refunded.
  • We reserve the right to disable COD for users with repeated order cancellations.

By placing a COD order, you explicitly agree to this partial payment and non-refundable policy.

Replacement Requests

If you wish to replace a product due to size issues or product defects, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the item.

Replacement items are subject to product availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.

Condition of Returned Products

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Contain original tags and packaging
  • Be in the same condition as received

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification by our team. Vanfashion reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
